Terms
Plain words. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Using MacPip
MacPip is a directory of Mac apps made by other people. We do not make or sell those apps, except where a page says otherwise, and you use them at your own risk. A blue tick means a person looked at the app on the date shown. It is not a guarantee that the app is safe or free of problems.
Listing an app
Listing is free. You confirm you have the right to list the app, and that what you submit is accurate. We can edit, decline, hide or remove a listing, and we tell makers why when we say no. You can delete your listing from your status page, or ask us at hello@macpip.com.
Votes and deals
Do not buy votes or use tricks to change the order. We remove launches that do. Deals come from makers, who are responsible for honoring them.
Sponsoring
A sponsorship buys a row labeled Sponsored for the time you paid for. It does not buy a place in any list, a tick, or any number of clicks or customers. We can decline an app that does not pass our check, and then you get your money back. Once your row has started, the sale is final, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Changes and contact
